PrimalFit Training is rooted in simplicity, breaking down the barriers that inhibit people from attaining their health and wellness goals. Our workouts are based around the primitive movements that humans have done for thousands of years. While man has evolved, the movement chains of the human body have stayed constant. PrimalFit Training teaches fitness programs that provide lasting results while focusing on basic movements that are simple and easy to understand.
PrimalFit Training is led by Chicago natives Emily Hajduk and Ian Matthews. Emily and Ian were athletes throughout their childhood and adolescent years and their passion for fitness and sports carried over to college as they both earned scholarships to play softball and baseball.
After college, Emily and Ian knew that fitness was a great source of happiness and they wanted to share that feeling with others. As their passion grew, so did their business and PrimalFit Training was formed. They are a team dedicated to helping you achieve a happy and healthy lifestyle and are looking forward to assisting you with your health and fitness goals.
